My name is Captain Bart Miller and with over 25+ years of experience, I have seen how empowering this belief can be for myself and hundreds of others. Fully licensed and certified through the United States Coast Guard, HALO Fishing Adventures caters to corporate accounts and anglers of any skill level. All fishing trips include quality rods, reels, tackle, and bait; everything needed except your fishing license and your meals. You show up with your WA State fishing license, your lunch, a cooler for your catch, and we will take care of the rest!
